Need a Replacement Engine?
REBUILT & REMANUFACTURED DIESEL ENGINES
We have been helping customers with quality replacement engines for over a hundred years. We understand that when it comes to replacing the engine in your equipment, you want the best quality replacement engine, at the best value, as quickly as you can get it. More than providing just an engine, we want to help you understand your options and make the process smooth every step of the way.
Today, the two most common options are:
- A Remanufactured Engine: When available to replace your existing engine, remanufactured engines from Deutz or Perkins are assembled by the original manufacturer with OEM replacement parts and provide the longest warranties; or
- A Rebuilt Engine: Through our many decades in business we have developed working relationships with a number of rebuilders who we work with because of their knowledge, quality workmanship and professionalism. For the more common Deutz engines we try to keep rebuilt engines in stock for the fastest replacement option. We also maintain an inventory of Deutz, Perkins and Ford engine cores to be able to expedite getting you a quality engine fast. These engines are professionally rebuilt to original performance specifications and pressure and/or dyno tested to ensure confidence in the finished product, before it even gets shipped to you.
Our process here at Foley Engines is straight-forward and simple. Whether you have the option of a remanufactured and/or rebuilt engine or you want to rebuild your own engine, we have a few standard pieces of information we need to ensure we find the best options for you. This information includes the engine manufacturer, engine model, the engine serial number and the type of equipment the engine is used in. Please fill in the form on this page or give us a call to speak with one of our replacement engine professionals.
Once you've provided us with that information, we will compile your options and let you know the details of the option or options we have for you. Details will include pricing, expected timing, warranty details, additional options and any other key information you would want to know.
Once you have made your choice, we will send you a sales order and payment details (we accept wire, ACH or cashiers' check for engine orders). As soon as your engine is ready and our team has looked it over to make sure everything is OK, we will prepare it for shipment and you will be notified that it is on the way.
When you receive your engine, you will want to immediately confirm everything was delivered as expected, complete your engine swap and then call us to arrange to have your engine core picked up by our shipping company.
Buying an engine can be a tricky process, so our team is very thorough to make sure you get the right engine for your needs and the least complicated process from start to finish. Don't wait, call our team today for your next replacement engine.
