Deutz 1011F / 2011 Turbo (aftermarket)

Aftermarket turbocharger for Deutz 1011, 1011F and 2011 series engines (see specs for all models using this turbocharger).  This turbo replaces Deutz part numbers:  03043210, 03045408, 03045409, 03045411, 04170429, 04173833, 04173990, 04174891, 04174901, 04174920, 04176324, 04176325, 004176326, 4176561, 04178664, 04178665, 04178666, 04270460, 04270473, 04270488, 04270489, 04271744, 04272458, 04272462, 04272463, 04272464, 04272467, 04272501, and 04281437.  Part of the reason for the large variety of part numbers is due to having different numbers depending on the orientation of the turbo which can be changed by “clocking” the turbo to the appropriate orientation for your engine.  If you have any questions about this straightforward process please call us and we can help.

NOTE:  IT IS CRITICAL TO PRE-LUBRICATE THE TURBO WITH OIL BEFORE RUNNING THE ENGINE THE FIRST TIME WITH THE NEW TURBO. This is required so that the turbo is lubricated sufficiently before the engine is able to generate enough oil pressure to adequately lubricate the turbo.
