Alternator fits certain Deutz 912 series engines, and certain Deutz 1011 and 2011 series engines with liquid cooling.  Deutz engines with liquid cooling can most easily be identified by the “M” in the engine model name (ex.  F4M2011, BF4M1011F, etc..).  This alternator will replace Deutz part numbers:  01175731, 01182151, 01178299, 01183447, 01178521, 01183638, 01178606, and 01183852 . If your alternator does not have one of these part number, call us with your alternator number and engine serial number and we can make sure we get the right alternator shipped out.
