Deutz Injection Pump Installation Tool Kit

When removing and installing fuel injection pumps on your Deutz 1011 and 2011 engine there are two required tools to get the job done right: 1) A Rack Locking Pin; and 2) An Alignment Pin. Proper usage of these tools will help to insure that the injection pumps are installed so that they work in unison providing equivalent amounts of fuel to the injectors. If the proper tools are not used your engine could end up under fueling, making it low on power, or worse over fueling which can lead to smoke, fuel dilution in the oil, excess fuel consumption, or possibly a melted piston if bad enough.
