Magnetic fuel shutoff solenoid (12V) replaces Deutz part number: 04233841 .
Note: This shutdown solenoid will need to be adjusted after installation to prevent premature failure of the solenoid coil. In the “Off” position the solenoid is allowing no fuel and the linkage arm is pushed all the way out, but in the “On” position the solenoid will continue to draw amperage until it thinks it has reached maximum fueling. If your linkage length does not allow the solenoid to pull all the way in/the maximum travel distance, the solenoid will continue to draw excessive amperage trying to pull the arm in, which will cause it to heat up and eventually fail too soon.
