HBW50 (known also as the ZF5) marine gear. We bought
the last new units that Hurth will ever make in both the 2:1 and 3:1
ratios. Once they are gone, there will be no more new units. Ever.

want to consider getting one of these last new Hurth marine

Several years ago the factory discontinued the Hurth
HBW150 (also known as the ZF15) 3:1 marine
transmission. (They still make and we stock the 2:1
ratio). We have the last new Hurth HBW150 3:1 gears
available. Once they are gone, there will be no more
new units! Nada. Ever. If yours is balky when engaging
first gear, consider buying one of these new gears
while you still can. This pricing is exchange plus
inbound factory freight for as long as they last.

Perkins Engine Parts

Perkins 4236 Kits From $769
We stock the most complete engine overhaul parts kits
for Perkins diesels on the market. Like most overhaul
parts kits, our kits include the pistons, rings, and
liners as well as all gaskets and both crank seals.
Most engine kits also include the main, rod, thrust
and cam bearings. But our Foley Hytork Kits are
different. Our kits also include things that you don't
get in other kits. Things you will need to do a good
job. The Foley Hytork Kits include all of the above
PLUS a Workshop Manual specific to your engine,
genuine Perkins OEM oil and fuel filters, engine
paint, new connecting rod bushings to help you rebuild
your rods (see Foley Tech Tip #3, Diesel Rod
Reconditioning), new connecting rod bolts because the old
ones will have stretched (see Foley Tech Tip # 38, The Nuts
and Bolts of Rod Reconditioning) and tech help on engine
assembly and how to bleed the fuel system (see Foley Tech

Perkins 4108 Hytork crankshaft seal kit $99-
The Perkins 4108 marine diesel is known as a chronic
leaker. The main problem is the inferior, old style
Perkins OEM "rope" rear seal. Frankly, it never was a
good design and is now outmoded. We have come up with
a good solution for this. It is a special rear seal
that is made from Teflon coated, braided nylon. This
innovative new product will cure the chronic rear oil
seal leaks on Perkins 4108 engines. It is so good that
even Porsche 996 owners have called us for help with
their RMS leak problems!
4.236 Perkins Stainless Steel $1895
Exhaust Manifold
Perkins offers an OEM replacement manifold, but it has
one drawback. The OEM Perkins exhaust manifold is
made of cast iron. Cast iron rusts (duh!). The Foley
Engines replacement manifold (comparable to Perkins P/N: ZZ90033) is a stainless steel unit that is a direct replacement for the Perkins manifold.
Our manifold sells for $1895 and the OEM manifold list
price from Perkins is $1557. So why pay for the OEM cast iron
manifold and get less? Our stainless steel
exhaust manifold is going to last a lifetime!

The popular Perkins 4236 gas engine has been
discontinued but we were able to purchase the last
ones to come off the line. They are now in stock
and come complete valve cover through the oil pan

These Ford 300 base engines are high quality
industrial engines, factory remanufactured for severe
duty applications. They feature brand new cylinder
heads and the engines are complete with the oil
pan, front gear cover, water pump, and with all new
internal parts. They are sold exchange plus incoming
factory freight. As with all of our engines to help
with the break in period we include a year's supply of
oil filters, a Ford Workshop Manual, and Tech Tips on
how to install the engine and set it up. (see Foley's page

Why Wait? Foley Now Offers C6 Ford Transmissions!

Foley is pleased to announce we now offer our customers
factory-remanufactured C6 Ford Transmissions. These
transmissions are found in airport tugs and belt loaders
manufactured by Harlan, Clark, Northwestern, United Tractor,
and Tiger and also in other industrial applications such as Lull
rough terrain forklifts.
Our new line of factory remanufactured C6 transmissions feature
all new internal wearing parts including clutches, discs, "0" rings,
thrust washers, seals and gaskets. During final assembly each C6
is blue printed back to original factory specifications and ready for
severe duty. All transmissions are dyno tested with a torque converter
installed and then shrink-wrapped. We have them in stock and ready
to ship on a reusable custom cradle.
How to Order: While C6's may look alike there are some important
differences that need to be identified. To help you order the correct
replacement C6 for your application, please advise if it is for a gas
or diesel application, a two or three speed unit, with or without an
emergency brake, and also the depth of the oil pan.
Our factory-remanufactured units carry a full two-year warranty and
come with a free torque converter, a Ford C6 Workshop Manual, and
free Foley Hytork Transmission Fluid.
These dyno tested transmissions begin as low as $1995 depending
on how yours is configured.
Walker Air Seps
Walker Air Sep (small) $449
The Walker Airsep does three things very well: it
serves as a cleanable/washable air filter (Note,
Perkins marine diesel engines don't really have an
air filter), the Walker Airsep recycles the unburned
fuel back into the oil pan via the dipstick, and
finally an Airsep reduces the noise by about 5
decibels. People are amazed but most noise from a
four-cylinder diesel comes from the air intake, not from
the exhaust. We have sold hundreds of these units for
use on Perkins diesels, small generators, CAT engines,
etc. We now have the model appropriate for a Perkins
4108 or a small generator specially priced at just
